HATHAWAY MAKING GUEST APPEARANCE ON MRN COAST TO COAST
& SIRIUSXM SPEEDWAY NASCAR RADIO TODAY
Stouffville, Ontario- June 18, 2014– Coming off his first win of the 2014 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series schedule, at Autodrome Chaudiere, Jason Hathaway will be making appearances on the 2 top NASCAR radio shows today.
Starting at 1 pm, Hathaway will be a guest on the MRN NASCAR Coast to Coast program co-hosted by Kyle Rickey and Buddy Long to talk about his win, his team and the outlook for the 2014 season. You can listen live at http://www.mrn.com/stream.html.
Then, later today, Hathaway will once again get the opportunity to boast about his team and his win on SiriusXM Speedway with Dave Moody and Andy Hillenburg at 6 pm. The SiriusXM Speedway show can be found on Channel 90 on SiriusXM Radio.
Hathaway dominated the weekend at Autodrome Chaudiere, leading both practice sessions at the new ¼ mile oval track south of Quebec City. Hathaway backed up his quick pace in practice by qualifying 3rd for the 300 lap inaugural event.
Hathawaylead the most laps in the race recording 174 laps in the number 1 spot during the inaugural NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 race at Autodrome Chaudière, lapping the field up to the 11th spot. The fast paced race came down to a green-white-checkered finish with Hathaway holding off a hard charging Dilley for the win.
The triumph at Autodrome Chaudiere is Hathaway’s 4th series career victory in his #3 Rockstar Energy Drink Chevrolet. It also marked Hathaway’s 3rd victory in his last six starts and his 3rd win in the last 4 oval track events dating back to the 2013 schedule.
